What We Bought On Amazon Lately

Back at it for another round of our Amazon finds. BK and I take a look through our recent orders to share what we’ve purchased lately! I’d love to hear any of your recent finds at the bottom! I hope you enjoy.

1. No-Show Socks

These continue to be a personal favorite, I can’t remember how I found these but they’re simply the best no-show socks while wearing sneakers. They even made the list of your most favorite items of 2021. Just re-purchased a fresh set for spring! I’m a size 11 shoe and the work well even though they say 6-10.

2. Willow Chain Purse

I’m always on the hunt for a chic bag that doesn’t break the bank and this one fits the bill. Although the chain is too short to comfortably wear as a crossbody, this under $30 find comes in four colors and fits just enough for a night out!

3. Eyeliner Stamp

I was a total sucker for an ad I saw while scrolling and decided to purchase this set of eyeliner stamps, one for each eye… it claims to make attempting the winged eyeliner look. I’ve been using for a few weeks and I think it takes a little practice but overall, I really like it! I also like that there are two sizes depending on your eye shape, I got the larger size.

4. Sunglasses

I LOVE a pair of sunglasses that makes me feel like a boss. These are large and in charge, fit fabulously and look great especially if you’re #blessed with a round face. More sunglasses I love can be found here!

5. Beach Tote

On our recent trip to Florida, I was searching for a beach bag that I could bring and potentially leave down there. This $20 one has a ton of positive reviews, packs nicely and the holes are great so that sand easily falls out of it before you leave.

6. Pool Towels

A few months ago I shared some of my backyard inspiration for the new house… BK arrived back from our most recent trip to Las Vegas and we panicked that we did not have ANYTHING ordered or ready for summer. Luckily, we were able to order a lot on Amazon including these pool towels. They’re oversized and perfect for the beach or pool. I may not have furniture, but at least I’ve got some pool towels!

7. Gift Bags

Am I the only one that feels like I’m ALWAYS searching for a gift bag? I hate buying them for $4 a piece at the drugstore. We’ve got lots of events coming up so I thought I’d snag this under $20 set of gift bags to have on hand, don’t forget the tissue paper as well!

8. Bud Vases

I purchased this set for our Mother’s Day tablescape and I’ve been loving them ever since. You can pair them together with different flowers or use them individually, highly recommend!

9. Cozy Yoga Sweatpants

These pants are the #1 most talked about item in my DM’s this spring, I learned about them via the Gee Thanks Just Bought It Facebook group and haven’t looked back since. They are SO beyond comfortable and also come in a jogger version, which I’ve heard is better for petites. I wear XL and wash them with my Stretch Athleisure wash and hang dry on my drying rack. Top can be found here (use Caralyn15)!

10. Mascara Spoolies

I can’t remember the real reason why I bought these but one of my favorite makeup tips when you get mascara in places you didn’t mean to is wait for it to dry and use a dry mascara brush to flake it off. I now always have one in my makeup bag. These are also great for brows and applying mascara/getting rid of clumps. Check out my recent spring makeup tutorial here!

11. Indoor Mat

Our back door is a high traffic area and we’ve gone through more rugs in the few months that we’ve lived here that you’d believe. BK found these ones (they come in a bunch of sizes) including a runner that fits a spot we’ve had a hard time finding a size for. They stay in place and are easy to clean as well.

12. Wet Brush

I’ve used the original Wet Brush for years so when this popped up, I figured I would give it a whirl. I have a very tender head, so tangles are tough but this brush is great and I like the wider head on it.

13. Sweater Tanktop

Who doesn’t love a sweater tank? To be honest, me. Why wear a sweater when you also need to wear a tank top? I digress… Honestly, this one is the perfect weight, not too heavy, bra friendly and can easily be layered under blazers, denim jackets or worn on its own tucked into pants or a skirt.

14. Bell Sleeve Mini Dress

I’m really into that gauzy material that has been popping up everywhere this season so I’ve been purchasing anything I could find! It’s lightweight and soft on the skin, this dress would be a perfect casual dress or even double as a cover up. I think it runs generously, wearing XL here!

15. Scoop Neck Dress

This under $30 t-shirt dress has been such a winner, I purchased three. I can wear it with or without shapewear shorts underneath, style with sandals or sneakers. I’m wearing XL and also available 1X-6X here!
Full outfit details can be found here!

16. Gingham Dress

If you’re still reading this post, thank you! I am working on a gingham round up for next week and this dress will be featured. It comes in two other colors and is truly so lovely! I also love that it is regular bra friendly. I took my usual XL!

That’s all for today! What was your favorite find? I’d love to hear if you have tried any of the above items or if you’ve had any luck with any particular items on Amazon lately. Feel free to check out my Amazon Storefront (updated weekly) for more. Be sure to check the previous post of Amazon finds we purchased, in case you missed it!
