Caralyn

I’m Caralyn Mirand Koch, a content creator, undergarment and fit expert, former plus-size model, and mom of two based in Buffalo, New York.

I’ve spent nearly 17 years working in the fashion industry. I started my career as a plus-size model, where I learned firsthand how much fit, styling, and the right foundations can change the way clothing looks and feels. I eventually started sharing what I was learning online, and what began as fashion advice grew into a community of women looking for honest recommendations, helpful solutions, and a more approachable way to get dressed.

Over the years, undergarments have become one of my biggest areas of expertise. I truly believe they are the foundation of your outfit. The right bra, underwear, or shapewear can completely change how your clothes fit and how you feel wearing them. It’s why I’m so passionate about helping women better understand bras, sizing, fit, and all of the things we’re sometimes told not to talk about.

But there’s a lot more to life around here than what’s underneath our clothes. I share fashion across a range of sizes and price points, beauty favorites, motherhood, home, travel, and plenty of everyday life. I love finding pieces, products, and practical solutions that make getting dressed, getting ready, and getting through a busy day a little easier. Most importantly, I want you to know why something is worth your time and money, not just that I like it.

My goal is to create a space that feels inclusive, helpful, honest, and fun. I want you to leave here feeling a little more informed about what works for you and a little more confident making those choices for yourself.
