Today I’ll be spilling the tea on

some of my favorite teas

To be transparent, I’m a complete amateur when it comes to tea but after sharing a few of my teas on Instagram Stories, I’ve gotten a bunch of questions about my favorites and organization so I wanted to share it all on today’s blog post. I typically drink black coffee in the morning (Trader Joe’s Colombia is my favorite) but enjoy tea for an afternoon pick me up but especially after dinner, before bed.

When we moved into our new home, I looked for a new tea kettle that I could leave on the stove and look nice. I discovered this under $40 tea kettle and cannot recommend it enough. It’s chic, and the black part of the handle doesn’t get too hot, so you can pour without a mitt, although it does come with one. It also comes in two other color. I’ve also been really into clear double-wall mugs; I found this set that I’ve been pleased with and is dishwasher friendly.

I’ve discovered there’s truly something for everything when it comes to organizing! Before we moved, we would have tea boxes falling out of the cupboard every time we opened it so I was determined to find a better way in the new house. I came across this clear box with the perfect-sized compartments for teabags. It’s great because it keeps everything organized but you can actually see what you have. I usually drink my tea plain, but occasionally,

I’ll add a spoonful of honey.

I love Manuka honey when I can find it! Manuka honey has a floral taste and thicker consistency, but it has antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties, which I enjoy. Now onto a few of my favorite teas… I typically purchase them at Wegmans or Trader Joe’s. A few of my go-to brands are Yogi Tea, Traditional Medicinals, Pique and Trader Joe’s brand.
