Spiced Cranberry Paloma

Bring on all of the festive holiday cocktail recipes! Tequila lovers, this one’s for you! While scrolling through some inspiration for recipes, I came across this Spiced Cranberry Paloma recipe by Kristen Massad over at Joy + Oliver. It did not disappoint, but I added my lazy girl spin to it, so I’m excited to share it with you. It was a hit at our latest friends’ get-together. Let’s dig in…

 
 
 
 

What you need

  • 2 ounces Cranberry Juice

  • 1 ounce Fresh Grapefruit Juice

  • 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1 ½ ounce Spiced Simple Syrup (I purchased this one, but you can also make your own)

  • 2 ounces Tequila (we like Casa Dragones)

  • Sparkling Water (plain or flavored to your preference)

  • Ice

  • Shaker set

to garnish (optional)

 
 

Instructions

Step 1: Combine
Using a cocktail shaker, combine the cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and tequila and shake.

Step 2: Pour
Pour the cranberry cocktail into a glass, fill the glass with ice and top off the remainder of glass with sparkling water.

Step 3: Garnish & Enjoy
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, sugared cranberries and dried grapefruit slices
