Bring on all of the festive holiday cocktail recipes! Rum cream lovers, this one’s for you! While scrolling through some recipe inspiration, I came across this Caribbean Winter recipe from Blue Chair Bay. It did not disappoint and it couldn’t be easier, so I’m excited to share it with you. It was a hit at our latest friends’ get-together. Let’s dig in…

What you need

to garnish (optional)

  • Shaved coconut for garnish (you can lightly toast in a pan to brown it)

 
 

Instructions

Step 1: Combine
Add ingredients directly to a highball glass with ice and stir briefly.

Step 2: Garnish & Enjoy
Garnish with your shaved coconut, and enjoy!
