3.5 year update

A few years ago, on the blog and my Instagram Stories, I shared that I invested in laser hair removal. I loved my experience with Milan Laser so much that I partnered with them on this blog post to share my honest experience and answer your most frequently asked questions! Today, I’m back to share an update on how things have been. Since we last spoke about laser hair removal, I have gotten pregnant and am now six months postpartum, so I have gone through a fair share of hormonal changes.

One of the main reasons why I chose Milan Laser was because of their lifetime guarantee. New hair growth is possible due to hormones, age, and genetics, but with Milan, results are guaranteed for life! So once treatments are done, if new hair grows, you can return for additional treatments at any time at no additional cost. This was a huge selling point for me. It can be very common for hair to grow back throughout pregnancy and postpartum, but I’m pleased to say that I still have about 90% of my hair gone underneath my armpits and 80% gone on my Brazillian area. My leg hair (which has never been treated) has grown darker and thicker postpartum, which I thought was interesting. Now that I can go back (they don’t recommend going while pregnant), I will continue with a few more touch-ups to remove what I can, and I’ve been so happy with my experience at Milan Laser that I’ve decided to start treatments on my legs and feet. Since I started my original treatments, we moved to a different part of town, so I could seamlessly switch to a new location. If you purchase a package at any Milan Clinic, you can be treated at ANY of the 300 nationwide locations.
