Work From Home Outfit Inspiration
Happy Try On Confidential Wednesday, my friends! That’s got a nice ring to it, eh? In case you missed last week’s announcement, I’ll be re-vamping my try-on style content and delivering it every Wednesday on the blog from now on! I hope you enjoy. In case you missed it, I shared a work from home capsule collection earlier this year. I’ve decided it’s time for a little refresh for the fall featuring six new looks and I did my best to keep the items more affordable! All of these items can be mixed and matched, so you can get the biggest bang for your buck. I will be sure to continue mixing + matching within future content as well. Denim shirt, cotton leggings (size large) + snake print mules
I love this outfit for a transitional look! I love chambray shirts so when I saw this shirt without the buttons and long enough for leggings, I knew I had to snag it. You could easily throw a cardigan, blazer or jacket over it for warmth. Btw, these are the BEST non athletic leggings of all time!
lightweight Puff sleeve striped sweater, Smilar sweater here, skinny jeans + my favorite suede mules
I was SO excited to find this sweater (comes in a bunch of colors), I actually grabbed it in a few colors. It’s great quality but super lightweight which makes it ideal for layering. Check out this one too (without sleeve detailing). The detail on the sleeve is quite subtle but cute enough to make a statement on a Zoom call. Paired with a mid rise medium wash jean (also love these ones) and a pair of my favorite suede mules!
long ribbed cardigan (size large), button down shirt, skinny jeans + mules
For those cooler days, I love pairing a collared button down shirt with a more casual sweater, love this one- comes in a few colors and sized up to 3X. You still look put together but you’re able to stay cozy. Paired with the same denim and mules from above.
t shirt dress, utility jacket, similar scarf + sneakers
Pre-COVID I LOVED adding a little pizzaz to a simple outfit with a neck scarf! It also makes for a fun video-call look. This t-shirt dress is my new favorite, just snagged it in two colors- I’m sad I didn’t purchase it earlier in the summer, it’s the perfect weight. Styled it with one of my favorite utility jackets, similar option in more colors here (you may remember it from my fall jacket haul last week) as well as my favorite little white sneakers.
Slouchy sweater, navy joggers (size 14) + printed mules
I love a crisp white sweater in the fall, I love that you can layer this one and also tuck it into denim. Size down if you’d like a less slouchy fit. Paired with a navy jogger, I love a soft pant- you can get a better idea of how they look on the product detail page. They can easily be dressed up or down. Paired with, you guessed it- another fun mule!
Blanket scarf, casual tunic, cottons leggings (size large) + mules
