SIZE INCLUSIVE EVERYDAY Leggings
I’ve been rocking the simple black legging look ever since it made it’s appearance well over a decade ago. I remember people saying it was just a “trend” that would quickly disappear- boy, were they wrong. They are truly a wardrobe staple and have really evolved - I remember my first pair was completely see-through when I bent over, yikes. I’ve come a long way since then and have found a few of my favorite brands that are my tried and true. Whether you’re just wearing them around the house, running errands or wearing them to work - I’ve got you covered.

I love these leggings, they’re probably the first ones I always reach for. They are high waisted and come with a tummy panel to keep you feeling supported comfortably all day long and excellent quality. I know you’ll love these when you get them on.
BRAND #2 YUMMIE
(UNDER $50 - SIZED XS-XL, 1X-3X I WEAR A LARGE)
These are actually the first pair of black leggings that I actually LOVED, equally as comfy as the Lysse but maybe a little less support (but still enough) if you don’t need as much. Sometimes I find them on sale at Nordstrom Rack and always scoop up pair when I see. I am still rocking a pair that I purchased 6 years ago, they’re just so good.

if you’re looking for more of a professional look black pant / legging you MUST try their Perfect Pant Collection (I wear size large in these) - definitely feels more of a pant than a legging but with the same comfort / support. TIPS + TRICKS
When purchasing leggings, you want to make sure they’re not see-though. You can tell if they’re too thin by holding them up to the light and stretching them a bit.
Underneath leggings, avoid visible panty lines by getting a seamless / now show underwear. I like to wear a brief like these under leggings.
Unless you’re wearing a dressier legging like these, you’re going to want to cover your bum especially in more professional settings. Opt for longer tunics or sweaters that hit just below your bum. I will be doing a tops for leggings post soon.
