My absolute favorite professional alternative to over-the-counter whitening options. The trays are easy to use and a great-tasting way to start a whitening treatment or to use for whitening touch-ups. I like to use them right after a trip to the dentist and monthly, as needed for touch ups. With no impressions or custom trays necessary, you can use Opalescence Go™ right out of the package. The trays conform to the shape of your mouth by using your own body temperature. They come in two different options: Mint and Melon flavors and two different strengths:  10% (wear for 30–60 minutes for 5 to 10 days) and 15% (wear for 15–20 minutes for 5 to 10 days until desired whiteness.) I prefer the Mint and wear them for the full time. When I first started using the trays, I’d wear them for the lowest amount of time to ensure I wouldn’t have any sensitivity. Everyone is affected differently so be sure to talk to your dentist about which option would be best for you.
